This dipping sauce is the perfect condiment for sausage rolls. It has a nice sharpness from Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce that is balanced by ground herbs and garlic powder. The sauce is delicious with traditional sausage rolls (bulk sausage meat wrapped and baked in puff pastry). It also works well with American-style pigs in a blanket.

Recipe ingredients:

This is a mustard- and mayonnaise-based dipping sauce that's flavored with garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary and sage. (The flavor combination was inspired by my pork sausage seasoning recipe and goes really well with pork sausage.)
