This creamy dipping sauce takes any calzone to the next level. It's savory, garlicky and full of umami. While it's particularly good with white pizza sauce calzones, it also works great with red sauce calzones.

Sauce ingredients and notes:
- Buttermilk powder is a fantastic ingredient for a dipping sauce because it allows you to add delicious buttermilk flavor without watering down the sauce at all. That is great both for the flavor and for the consistency of the sauce. The powder adds buttermilk in concentrated form, creating great flavor, but without adding the volume that would make the sauce runny.
- The hot sauce in this recipe is there to add flavor and a bit of acidity to balance the creaminess. It doesn't actually make the sauce spicy.

How to make it:
Step 1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.

Step 2. Whisk until smooth.

How to serve it:
Serve the sauce cold as a dipping sauce for calzones. The sauce is particularly good with cream sauce-based calzones but it also works great with marinara sauce calzones.
How to store it:
Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.
