This sour cream dipping sauce is full of umami and tastes delicious with all types of chicken wings, traditional and breaded. It's flavored with hot sauce, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder.

Recipe ingredients and notes:

  • I recommend Louisiana hot sauce for this recipe. It has great flavor and a nice tanginess that works great with chicken wings.
  • You can use freshly grated Parmesan cheese or the pre-grated, shelf-stable product. Both work great in this recipe.
