This flavorful chili lime aioli makes a great condiment for fish, shrimp or pork tacos or any fried seafood. Its dominant flavors come from chili powder and fresh lime juice and zest. Garlic and onion powder add umami and a little bit of honey balances the acidity of the lime juice.

I was looking for a lime aioli to top nachos(I’m trying to recreate a recipe from a local pub) this was great! I did leave out the chili powder as I wanted the lime flavour to really shine.I added all the other listed ingredients and the juice of half a lime instead of a teaspoon as listed. This was so limey and good thanks for a great recipe I know I’ll use again!

This was so amazing that BOTH of my (adult) kids fought to scrape the bowl. I make sweet potato fries and have been experimenting with different dip recipes until I found this one. They also used it on the coconut shrimp
