This spicy ginger Sriracha aioli makes a delicious dipping sauce for anything from shrimp and fish sticks to French fries.

Recipe ingredients and notes:
Traditional aioli is an emulsion of just olive oil and garlic. Nowadays, however, the term aioli includes flavored garlic mayonnaise sauces, such as the one in this recipe.
- I don't recommend substituting ground ginger in this recipe. The zing of fresh ginger root is an important flavor component in this aioli.

How to make it:

- Finely grate ginger root and mince or press a garlic clove.

- Add ginger, garlic, mayonnaise and Sriracha to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
