Ingredients:

peeled and minced or pressed through a garlic press

finely grated fresh ginger root*

Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Recipe notes:
*I don't recommend substituting ground ginger in this recipe. The intense flavor of freshly grated ginger is important for this aioli.
