This creamy curry mayo makes a fantastic dipping sauce for anything from seared steak bites to crudites.

My ingredient notes:
Many curry mayo recipes call for lemon or lime juice but I didn't want such an intense acidity here. Instead I used just a little bit of rice vinegar and then also added Worcestershire sauce. The sauce adds a little bit of saltiness and lots of umami and gives this sauce a rich, savory flavor.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 2 teaspoons yellow curry powder
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon unseasoned rice vinegar
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Notes:
Storage: Store the mayo in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
