Dipping Sauce for Andouille Sausage

This dipping sauce for Andouille sausage is a little spicy, a little sweet and full of delicious cajun flavors. It adds the perfect balance to smoky, spicy, grilled or broiled Andouille sausage. You need smoked hot paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and maple syrup to make it.

Recipe ingredients:

This dipping sauce is made with traditional cajun ingredients along with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard for sharpness and maple syrup for sweetness.

Smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, mayonnaise, Dijon and maple syrup.

How to make it:

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined.

Ingredients:
  

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon smoked hot paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Method:
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
