This remoulade sauce with capers is flavored with smoked hot paprika and tarragon and has a delicious and intense smokiness from liquid smoke. It's great on seafood burgers.
My ingredient notes:
This sauce was inspired by an incredible smoked crab cake and remoulade sandwich I had at one of my favorite restaurants the other day. The intense smoky flavor of the crab cake went really well with the remoulade sauce so I decided to combine the two components in the recipe here.
