Chipotle Cinnamon Rub Recipe
Makes about 2 tablespoons. Use 1 teaspoon per 4 ounces of meat.

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (light or dark)
- ½ teaspoon table salt
