Curry Mayo Recipe

This creamy curry mayo makes a fantastic dipping sauce for anything from seared steak bites to crudites. The secret ingredient is Worcestershire sauce. It adds umami and also completely eliminates the slightly bitter flavor of the curry powder.

Curry Mayo Recipe

This creamy curry mayo dipping sauce has great flavor, is easy to make and tastes delicious with seared steak bites and crudites.

Equipment:

  • measuring cups and spoons
  • whisk

Ingredients:
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons yellow curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon unseasoned rice vinegar

Method:
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Storage: Store the mayo in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
