This easy curry rub for chicken breast is a simple but very delicious spice mix. It's made with yellow curry powder, chili powder, cumin, allspice, garlic powder and salt.

Ingredient notes:

  • In addition to yellow curry powder, I added an almost equal amount of chili powder to this spice mix. The chili powder balances the strong flavor of the curry and keeps the blend from being one-dimensional.
  • Both yellow curry powder and chili powder are usually available in different levels of spiciness. That means you can choose whether you want this mix to be mild, medium or hot.
