This dry rub is intensely savory, spicy and adds that unmistakable flavor of roasted garlic. I love it on steaks but it's also great on chicken and pork.
Ingredients and notes:
Roasted granulated garlic is made from heads of garlic that are slowly roasted, then dried and then ground. It has a much more intense flavor than plain (meaning non-roasted) garlic powder with a very light sweet- and smokiness.
