This creamy basil mayo dressing has intense basil and lemon flavor from lots of fresh basil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Garlic adds bite and a little bit of cumin intensifies the flavors and takes this dressing to the next level.

Ingredients needed:

Note: Cumin is not an ingredient you usually see in a basil dressing but it works incredibly well here. While the classic combination of basil, lemon and garlic is great, I wanted a more complex flavor and cumin was perfect for that. The spice is subtle enough so that you don't actually taste it, but it adds a new dimension that makes this dressing special.

Basil, mayo, lemon, garlic, milk, olive oil, salt and cumin.

How to make it:

Simply add all ingredients to a mini food processor and blend for about 30 seconds.

What to use it for:

This dressing is great on green salads, grilled chicken or grilled salmon salads, or as a dipping sauce for wraps.
