½ cup heavy cream, 1 ½ teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice*
For the Irish coffee:
Divide all ingredients between two glasses.
1 ½ cups freshly brewed hot coffee, 1 tablespoon sugar, 4 tablespoons Irish whiskey
Pipe the whipped cream onto each drink.
Sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
Recipe notes:
*Make sure to use very finely powdered pumpkin spice for this recipe. If the spices are ground too coarsely you will end up with tiny pieces of them in your whipped cream.
