Add cream, nutmeg, roasted granulated garlic and salt to a pan. Bring to a simmer, stirring continuously.
Simmer until the sauce starts to thicken (about 2 minutes), then take off the heat. Stir in the Parmesan. Taste the sauce and season with a touch more salt, if desired.
