Take the frozen hamburger patties out of the freezer and separate. (Use a spatula to separate them if they're sticking together.) Let the patties sit out at room temperature for a few minutes until starting to thaw on the surface. (This will help the seasoning stick to the patty.)
Meanwhile, add all seasoning ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Sprinkle about ¼ teaspoon of seasoning onto each side of each hamburger patty.
Cook the patties on the stovetop, the grill or in the oven.
Recipe notes:
*1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes will make this seasoning quite spicy. Use less pepper flakes to make the seasoning less spicy.
