Curry Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

mayonnaise
▢

tablespoons
finely chopped dill pickles
(you need about 2 small dill pickles for that)

teaspoon
yellow curry powder*
▢

teaspoon
garam masala
▢
½
teaspoon
pickle juice from the jar of dill pickles
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge.
Recipe notes:
*Use mild curry powder if you don't want this sauce to be spicy. Use spicy curry powder for a mildly spicy sauce.
