Cod Spice Rub Recipe
Makes enough seasoning for
6 cod fillets
(with each fillet weighing about 5 ounces). I recommend to use about
½ teaspoon
per

Ingredients:

ground coriander

dried dill weed

smoked hot paprika

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
Store in an airtight container (such as a glass jar) in a cool, dark place, such as the kitchen pantry. It will keep for at least 6 months.

How to use the rub:
Pat cod fillets dry using paper towels, then sprinkle evenly with the spice rub. Grill, broil or fry.
