This cod spice rub has a delicious balance of herb and spice flavors. It's made with dill, coriander, onion and garlic powder, and a little bit of smoked hot paprika.
My ingredient notes:
I used ground coriander seeds in this recipe to give this spice rub a mild citrus flavor but without the need to make and dry lemon zest. The bright and floral coriander flavor complements the dill nicely and works well with the smoked paprika at the same time.
