Cod Spice Rub Recipe
Makes enough seasoning for 6 cod fillets (with each fillet weighing about 5 ounces). I recommend to use about ½ teaspoon per 5-ounce cod fillet.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- ½ teaspoon smoked hot paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Store in an airtight container (such as a glass jar) in a cool, dark place, such as the kitchen pantry.
Notes:
How to use the rub: Pat cod fillets dry using paper towels, then sprinkle evenly with the spice rub. Grill, broil or fry.
