This cod spice rub has a delicious balance of herb and spice flavors. It's made with dill, coriander, onion and garlic powder, and a little bit of smoked hot paprika. It's a great seasoning for cod and other white fish.

Cod Spice Rub Recipe
Makes enough seasoning for 6 cod fillets (with each fillet weighing about 5 ounces). I recommend to use about ½ teaspoon per 5-ounce cod fillet.

- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Store in an airtight container (such as a glass jar) in a cool, dark place, such as the kitchen pantry. It will keep for at least 6 months.
Recipe notes:
How to use the rub: Pat cod fillets dry using paper towels, then sprinkle evenly with the spice rub. Grill, broil or fry.
