Bourbon Cream Cheese Frosting with Apricot Preserves
This Bourbon cream cheese frosting is delicious on carrot or spice cake.

Ingredients:

full-fat block-style cream cheese (softened)

unsalted butter (softened)

powdered sugar

apricot preserves

Bourbon
Instructions:
Add cream cheese and butter to a mixing bowl.
8 ounces full-fat block-style cream cheese (softened),
8 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
Whip until smooth.
Whip in powdered sugar.
1 cup powdered sugar
Whip in apricot preserves and Bourbon.
5 teaspoons apricot preserves,
2 tablespoons Bourbon

Storage:
Store the frosting in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Please note, however, that the Bourbon flavor will dissipate somewhat over time.
