⅓cupapple cider(unfiltered apple juice, not apple cider vinegar)
½teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonadobo sauce(from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce)
¼teaspoonsalt
½tablespoonmaple syrup
1teaspoonvegetable oil or mild olive oil
8ouncesboneless, skinless chicken breast
Instructions:
Add apple cider, Dijon, adobo sauce, salt, maple syrup and oil to a bowl.
Whisk until combined.
Pound the chicken breast into an even thickness. Add the chicken to the marinade, cover and transfer to the fridge. Marinate for 30 minutes, then grill or sear.
