Espresso Steak Rub Recipe
Use on any cut of steak. Makes about
4 teaspoons

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
If not using immediately, keep this spice rub in an airtight container in a cool, dark and dry place. It will keep for at least 6 months.

How to use the rub:
Dry steak well using paper towels.
Evenly sprinkle the dry rub onto the meat until coated on all sides.
Grill or sear in a cast iron pan on the stovetop and finish in the oven.
