Buttermilk Dill Sauce
This cold buttermilk dill sauce is great with raw or roasted vegetables, grilled or baked salmon or even as a salad dressing.
Makes about ¾ cup.

Ingredients:

buttermilk

teaspoons
finely chopped fresh dill*
(you need about 2 sprigs (8-inch length) for that)

salt

mayonnaise

tablespoons
sour cream
▢

teaspoon
onion powder
▢

teaspoon
lemon juice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Recipe notes:
*Two teaspoons will give this sauce a mild dill flavor. For a more intense dill flavor add more chopped dill (up to 4 teaspoons).
