This sweet and spicy apricot dipping sauce is sweet, sour, fruity and spicy. It's great with chicken nuggets, coconut shrimp, cream cheese wontons, bacon-wrapped shrimp with cream cheese and more.
My ingredient notes:
I added adobo sauce (from a can of chipotle peppers) to give this dipping sauce not only a spicy but also a smoky flavor component. The sweet, smoky and tangy flavors work great together and make this sauce delicious and complex.
