Sweet and Spicy Apricot Dipping Sauce
Equipment:
- measuring cups and spoons
- mixing bowl
- whisk
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup apricot preserves
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons adobo sauce* (from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce)
- ¼ teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until well combined.
- Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge. Let warm up to room temperature before serving.
