This sweet and spicy apricot dipping sauce is delicious with chicken nuggets, coconut shrimp or bacon-wrapped shrimp with cream cheese. It's sweet, sour, fruity and spicy all at once. And you only need a few simple pantry ingredients to make it.

- Use adobo sauce from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. (Use the rest of the can to make chipotle mayonnaise or creamy chipotle sauce for chicken.)

Step 2. Whisk until well combined.
How to use it:

How to store it:
Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge. Let the sauce come up to room temperature before serving.
How spicy is it?
This dipping sauce is mildly spicy. If you would like it spicier, stir in more adobo sauce to taste.

Sweet and Spicy Apricot Dipping Sauce
Equipment:
- measuring cups and spoons
- mixing bowl
- whisk
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup apricot preserves
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons adobo sauce (from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce)
- ¼ teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions:
