This paprika ancho rub has a rich, bold and delicious flavor from smoked hot paprika, ancho chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder and salt. The rub is great on chicken and I also love it on fried potatoes and potato wedges!

Paprika Ancho Rub
Makes a little more than 2 ½ teaspoons, which is enough for 2 servings (about 4 ounces each) of either meat or potatoes.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon smoked hot paprika
- ½ teaspoon ancho chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon table salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Store in an airtight container (such as a glass jar). Keep in a cool and dark place, such as the kitchen pantry or cabinet. It will keep for at least 6 months.
