Ingredient notes:
- Ancho chili powder is made from dried poblano chili peppers. It has an intense earthy flavor that is great in dry rubs. It also works very well in sauces, like this ancho aioli.
How to make it:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

Paprika Ancho Spice Rub
Equipment:

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon smoked hot paprika
- ½ teaspoon ancho chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
