Fennel Spice Rub
Makes about 5 ½ teaspoons, which is enough for 4 thick-cut boneless pork chops (with each chop weighing about 6 ½ ounces).

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons ground fennel seeds
- 2 teaspoons smoked hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark and dry place, such as the kitchen pantry. The rub will keep for at least 6 months.

How to use it: Use this dry rub on pork chops or vegetables, like potatoes and carrots.
