This gourmet fennel spice rub features a delicious flavor combination: ground fennel seeds and smoked paprika. The two spices work together phenomenally well and make this dry rub truly special. It’s delicious on pork chops and vegetables, particularly carrots and potatoes.

What’s in the spice rub?

You need ground fennel seeds, smoked hot paprika, salt and onion powder to make the spice rub.
