Spice up your meat, seafood and vegetables with this delicious, flavorful and spicy Cuban-inspired spice rub. It’s made with herbs and spices commonly used in Cuban cuisine, including garlic and onion powder, black pepper, oregano and cumin. In addition to that I added chipotle powder to give the blend a nice smoki- and spiciness.

What does it taste like?
This spice rub is full of delicious and powerful flavors typical of Latin American cuisine. It's peppery, earthy, a little bit smoky and also quite spicy.

What to use it on:
Rub this spice blend on meat or seafood and grill or fry. (I find it particularly good on fried shrimp.) You can also sprinkle it on potatoes and other vegetables.
