This bold chipotle bbq dry rub is spicy, a little smoky, a little sweet and delicious on chicken, beef and pork. It has an intense flavor from chipotle powder, smoked hot paprika and ancho chili and a hint of sweetness from brown sugar.
Ingredients and notes:
- The purpose of the ground ginger in this spice rub is to intensify the bold chili flavors. You won't be able to actually taste the ginger.
How to use it:
This dry spice rub is great on beef briskets, beef ribs, pork ribs, whole chicken, cuts of chicken and more. Rub the blend on the meat, then barbecue on the grill or in the smoker.
