Ahi Tuna Rub
Equipment:
- measuring spoons
- mixing bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard*
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon smoked hot paprika
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ⅛ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- If you're not planning on using the rub right away, transfer it into an airtight container. Keep in a dark and cool place, such as the kitchen cabinet. It will stay fresh for at least 6 months.
