These easy pumpkin spice s'mores trifles are perfect when you want to serve up the classic burned, crunchy, gooey graham cracker and melted chocolate flavors but don't have a campfire handy. The trifles take almost no work at all and because you eat them with a spoon, you won't get them all over your face.

I got the idea for these trifles from this s'mores trifles recipe on My Baking Addiction, which features s'mores flavors along with fresh strawberries. For the recipe here I left out the strawberries and added the pumpkin spice because it works great with the hazelnutty chocolate.

Nicole you've done it!! Recipe wise and photo wise. YUM!!I'd much rather have this delicious dessert than one that includes burnt marshmallows in-between graham crackers and a piece of chocolate. I mean I can get messy as anyone at a picnic but this would be perfect ending at an al fresco setting. Love it!
